CUSTOM LICENSE AGREEMENT

Effective Date: January 10, 2025

This Custom License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the Smart EMI Calculator (“App”), a mobile application designed to assist users with comprehensive calculators for health, loans, investments, and financial planning. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you (“User”) agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the App immediately.

1. Grant of License

1.1 License: The App is licensed to the User for personal, non-commercial use only, under the terms outlined in this Agreement. Ownership of the App and its content remains with the Developer.

1.2 Limitations: Users may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the App or any of its content. Any such attempt constitutes a breach of this Agreement.

2. Disclaimer of Advice

2.1 Informational Use Only: The App provides tools such as loan, financial, and health calculators solely for informational purposes. It does not constitute professional advice (medical, financial, or otherwise).

2.2 Consult Professionals: Users are advised to consult qualified professionals before making decisions based on the information provided by the App.

2.3 User Responsibility: The Developer assumes no responsibility for inaccuracies arising from incorrect data input by the User.

3. User Obligations

3.1 Accurate Data Input: Users must provide accurate data (e.g., body metrics or financial details) to ensure reliable calculations.

3.2 Compliance with Laws: The App must be used in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

3.3 Age Restriction: Users must be at least 13 years old to use the App. Minors require parental or guardian consent.

4. Subscription Plans

4.1 Pricing:

• Weekly Subscription: USD $1.99

• Monthly Subscription: USD $4.99

• Yearly Subscription: USD $19.99

4.2 Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

4.3 Cancellation: Users can manage subscriptions and disable auto-renewal through their respective account settings.

4.4 Charges: Subscription charges will be billed to the User’s account upon purchase confirmation and at the start of each renewal period.

5. Privacy Policy

The use of the App is subject to the Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and storage of User data. By using the App, Users consent to the practices outlined in the Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 No Warranty: The App is provided “as is,” without any warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a specific purpose.

6.2 Limited Liability: The Developer shall not be liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and materials within the App are the intellectual property of [Your Company Name]. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

8. Termination

This Agreement remains effective until terminated by either the User or the Developer. The Developer reserves the right to terminate the Agreement if the User breaches any terms. Upon termination, the User must delete all copies of the App.

10. Modifications to Terms
