END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR AI Email Writting

This End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and AI EMAIL (“Company”), governing your use of the Fitwit Health Calculator application (“App”). By installing, accessing, or using this App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

1. LICENSE GRANT


AI Tech Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Fitwit Health Calculator solely for personal, non-commercial purposes on a compatible device.

2. RESTRICTIONS ON USE


You agree not to:

• Distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or modify the App.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.

• Use the App for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.

• Collect or store any personally identifiable information from other users.

3. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS

• Monthly Plan: $3.99/month

• Yearly Plan: $9.99/year (Best Value)


Payment & Renewal:

• Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at the time of purchase.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

• You can manage or cancel your subscription via iTunes Account Settings.

• No refunds will be issued for unused subscription periods.

4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT


The App may allow users to input or generate health-related data. By using this feature, you:

• Retain ownership of your content but grant AI Tech Labs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display the content for App functionality.

• Agree not to post or share misleading, offensive, or harmful content.

• Acknowledge that AI Tech Labs reserves the right to remove any objectionable content or block abusive users.

5. DATA PRIVACY & SECURITY


Your privacy is important to us. AI Tech Labs collects and processes minimal personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including:

• Personal Data (if provided): Name, email, usage data.

• Third-Party Integrations: Logging in via Google may share limited profile data.

• Security Measures: While we implement best practices, no online system is 100% secure.

6. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• The App is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.

7. TERMINATION


This license is effective until terminated by you or AI Tech Labs. Your rights will terminate immediately if you breach this EULA. AI Tech Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access without prior notice.

8. GOVERNING LAW


This EULA shall be governed by the laws of INDIA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
