CUSTOM LICENSE AGREEMENT
Effective Date: January 10, 2025
This Custom License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the [App Name] (“App”), a mobile application designed to provide users with health-related insights based on body metrics, such as Body Mass Index (BMI), Ideal Body Weight, Basal Caloric Needs, and Burned Calories. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you (“User”) agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
1. Grant of License
1.1 License: The App is licensed, not sold, to the User for personal, non-commercial use under the terms of this Agreement.
1.2 Limitations: Users may not modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the App or its content. Any attempt to do so is a breach of this Agreement.
2. Health Disclaimer
2.1 General Information: The App provides health-related metrics for informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
2.2 Consult a Professional: Users are advised to consult with a licensed healthcare provider before making any health-related decisions based on the information provided by the App.
2.3 Assumption of Risk: Users assume all risks associated with using the App and its health metrics.
3. User Obligations
3.1 Accurate Information: Users agree to provide accurate body details when using the App to ensure reliable calculations.
3.2 Compliance: Users must use the App in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
3.3 Age Restriction: Users must be at least 13 years old to use the App. Minors must have parental consent.
4. Subscription Plans
4.1 Pricing:
• Weekly Subscription: USD $1.99
• Monthly Subscription: USD $4.99
• Yearly Subscription: USD $19.99
4.2 Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
4.3 Cancellation: Users may manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in their iTunes Account settings.
4.4 Charges: The User’s iTunes Account will be charged upon purchase confirmation and at the beginning of each renewal period.
5. Privacy Policy
The use of the App is subject to the Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and storage of User data. By using the App, Users consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 No Warranty: The App is provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
6.2 Limited Liability: The App Developer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, and all related materials are the intellectual property of [Your Company Name]. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
8. Termination
This Agreement remains effective until terminated. The Developer may terminate the Agreement if the User breaches any term. Upon termination, the User must delete all copies of the App.
9. Governing Law

10. Changes to Terms
