END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT


Effective Date: January 15, 2025


This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the Funny & Prank Sound mobile application (“App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you (“User”) agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the App.


1. License Grant


1.1 License: The App is licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial use under the terms of this Agreement.

1.2 Restrictions: You may not modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or sublicense the App or its content. Any attempt to do so is a breach of this Agreement.


2. Disclaimer of Liability


2.1 For Entertainment Only: The App is designed for entertainment purposes. It is not intended to harm or offend. Use responsibly and with consideration for others.

2.2 Accuracy: The Developer does not guarantee that the sounds or features will meet your expectations or function without errors.


3. User Obligations


3.1 Appropriate Use: Users agree not to use the App to harass, offend, or harm others.

3.2 Compliance with Laws: Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the App.

3.3 Age Restriction: The App is intended for users aged 13 years and older. Minors require parental consent.


4. Subscription Plans and Payments


4.1 Pricing:

• Weekly Subscription: $1.99/week

• Monthly Subscription: $4.99/month

• Yearly Subscription: $19.99/year (Best Value!)


4.2 Premium Features:

• Access to exclusive prank sounds.

• Ad-free experience.

• Early access to updates and new features.


4.3 Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for the renewal within 24 hours of the subscription ending.

4.4 Cancellation: Subscriptions can be managed or canceled through your iTunes Account settings.


5. Privacy and Data Collection


The use of the App is subject to the terms of the Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the policy.


6. Limitation of Liability


6.1 As-Is Basis: The App is provided “as is” without any warranties.

6.2 Limited Liability: The Developer is not responsible for any damages, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.


7. Intellectual Property


The App, its content, design, and all related materials are the intellectual property of the Developer. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.


8. Termination


This Agreement remains effective until terminated. The Developer may terminate the Agreement if the User breaches any term. Upon termination, the User must delete all copies of the App.


9. Governing Law


This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of India.


10. Changes to Terms


The Developer reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
